We spent a quiet and relaxing Christmas at home this year. My mom came over for gifts and an early Christmas Eve dinner. The children were thrilled with their new toys. Their Nanny got them sleeping bags with built in beds. They liked them so much that they decided to camp out on Christmas Eve on Jared's floor! Christmas morning was spent at home as well. Mom and Uncle Lawrence came over for Christmas Breakfast with our traditional fried oysters. YUM! We then spent the rest of the rainy day lounging around in our pajamas playing with race cars, legos, and enjoying the new game "Sorry!" The next day, we traveled to West Virginia to visit with Eric, Melva, and the kids. They made us a chicken dinner with their new George Foreman Grill. I will have to look into getting one of those! Too cool! As always, the kids had a ball playing with one another. Another Christmas has come and gone. I am so thankful for all of the blessings that God had given me: my healthy family, my home, my job, my life!

I really like the sepia toned pictures, they look good. And it was a blessing to have you guys come up and have dinner with us. I enjoy the time spent together.
(I got here from Melva's blog) I love the sepia toned picture as well, what a precious moment to capture. Looks like a fun Christmas!
