We are back from Goose Point. What a wonderful place! It is right beside Fairystone State Park and is right on Philpott Lake. We went Sunday and stayed until Thursday. Our campsite (#7) was amazing: nestled right between the swim beach, playground, and bathhouse. Caitlin and Jared had such a wonderful time playing in the lake. We took the kayak and inflatable boat out one day to explore the island across the lake. Even the dogs seemed to enjoy being there, even though they couldn't explore off the leash. I would definitely like to go back to Goose Point again next summer!
